We will meet with you at your home or workplace at a time that suits you, provide professional advice and assist with the entire finance process to help you achieve your goals.

Fact find/clients needs analysis

We complete a comprehensive Needs Analysis based on Financial Planning principles to ensure that we understand your total position and identify your finance requirements and future needs.

Presentation of a total finance package

We prepare a Preliminary Assessment that includes a cashflow analysis to ensure that the loan is affordable and suitable for your needs.

Where possible, you are presented with a selection of loan products that we have identified as being suitable for your circumstances, and tailor a complete financial solution based on your requirements. This can include financial strategies that assist with debt reduction, correct structure of loans so that they are tax effective and strategies that help to save on costs and increase your cashflow.

Lodgment of loan application

We will prepare all documentation required for the loan application and lodge on your behalf with the lender that is most suitable for your needs.

We track all stages of the application process and communicate with you via phone, text and/or email at each milestone such as conditional and unconditional approvals, issue of documentation and settlement of the loan. We communicate with the lender to ensure that your loan is structured correctly, and approvals are issued within appropriate timeframes.
Communication to third parties

We liaise with your settlement agent and real estate agent to ensure that all parties are fully informed with regards to the loan application and advise them in writing when the loan has been approved.

We can also work closely with your accountant and financial planner to ensure that your financial solutions
are suitable for your needs.

Ongoing support after settlement

We remain available after settlement of your loan to assist with any ongoing enquiries you may have with regards to your finances, and annual mortgage reviews are recommended to ensure that your loan solution remains suitable for your changing needs.

We also provide a monthly update via email to keep you informed as to interest rate movements, general news items such as the state of the local property markets, and release of any new tools we have developed to assist with your finances (such as our spreadsheets and calculators).
